To make it easy to participate in our Chocolate Raffle we have provided this page to purchase Raffle tickets via a credit card.
Once you submit this form and make a donation we will register your name and assign ticket numbers.
The drawing will occur on December 16th, 2021. Winners will be displayed on our results page and you will be notified via phone and/or email following the drawing.
* This is a manual process so ticket numbers will not be available online. If you want the number sequence emailed to you, please ask within the comment section of the form.
