Spring yoga starts Thursday, April 8!

This Zoom-based, 8-week series of yoga classes is for all levels – no experience necessary. If you’d like to join in, email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. We have some great topics for you this month, including the latest on THC and CBD use, weight – gain, maintain or lose – while being treated for cancer and the introduction of a new smoking cessation program for those who are ready to put tobacco away. Take part in one of the meditation classes, join a support group or learn how to reduce your anxiety. Take in a dose of Vitamin N (nature), especially as the weather welcomes us outdoors.
