This FREE 5-week on-line workshop is intended for people who have been diagnosed with cancer in the last 3 years. During this course one learns about the essentials of mindfulness and self-compassion, how to generate kindness toward oneself and to be present with life’s challenges with greater ease. Through mindful, compassion-based exercises participants will explore various ways to deal with their emotions, how to relax & recharge, develop body awareness, and cultivate the ability to live more fully in the moment.
