What is Reiki?
Reiki is an old Japanese healing modality. It works with the energy centers in your body. When our systems are not balanced it is an opportunity for disease to flourish. Reiki works with the bodies parasympathetic system putting it into a calming state, otherwise known as homeostasis. This kicks in your body’s natural healing ability. It is incredibly calming, healing & peaceful to your body.
Meegan's Story
I began my Reiki journey in 1999 after the birth of my beautiful daughter. I was injured during her birth leaving me with a disabling & painful spinal injury called Arachnoiditis. Reiki has helped me to defy every doctors prognosis’.
